Photo Consent

We take your privacy seriously and offer two options for photo consent:

Marketing Photo Release

I authorize Macherre to take, store, and use photographs and/or videos of my skin before, during, and after treatment for advertising purposes (including website publication, social media posts, etc.). I understand I will not receive compensation for the use of these materials. I may revoke this consent in writing at any time. I release Macherre from all liability related to my participation.

Treatment Documentation Only

I consent to photographs of my skin being taken solely for documenting treatment progress and making personalized adjustments to my skincare regimen. These images will not be used for marketing purposes.

Consultation Agreement

By applying for an online consultation with Macherre, you agree to the following:

  1. I understand my skincare routine will need adjustments every 2-3 weeks for 3-4 months to maintain progress. I agree to maintain regular contact with my skincare professional for these necessary adjustments.
  2. If my skin becomes dry or irritated from treatment, I will contact my skincare professional at the designated Skin Support contact method.
  3. I will only use products approved by my Macherre skincare professional while following their regimen.
  4. I will not modify the prescribed regimen without first consulting my skincare professional.
  5. I will ensure I maintain an adequate supply of recommended products. I understand that interrupting product use may lead to acne formation that becomes visible approximately one month later.
  6. I agree not to undergo other skincare treatments while being treated by Macherre without prior consultation.
  7. I will inform my skincare professional if I elect to undergo any laser treatments or facial/neck waxing.
  8. I will notify my skincare professional about any new medications I begin taking during treatment.
  9. I agree not to interrupt the treatment plan for more than 4 weeks and to participate in scheduled virtual consultations to maintain continuity of care.
  10. Female clients: I will inform my skincare professional if I become pregnant.
  11. I understand that scheduled virtual consultations are an essential part of my treatment plan, whether they result in regimen changes or not.
  12. Post-Program Maintenance: I understand that following the initial program, Macherre recommends follow-up consultations at 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months, and 12 months (additional fees apply).
  13. I understand that photographs taken during treatment are for internal use only and cannot be distributed during the program. Before/after photos may be provided only upon written request after completing the full program.
  14. I acknowledge that Macherre reserves the right to discontinue services if I fail to follow prescribed home care instructions, lifestyle recommendations, or other factors within my control that impact treatment effectiveness.
